Born: 10 March 1970. Daughter of Barrie and Fran Bailey

After Bailey completed her secondary education at Tintern Church of England Girls Grammer School and Methodist Ladies College, she attended Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (BBus Accounting) and Swinburne (BBus Marketing). Her first position was as an undergraduate auditor with Price Waterhouse. Later she became co-host of Sale of the Century and presenter Looking Good for the Nine Network.
