As Information and Publications Officer, Rachel Ingwersen is responsible for ensuring the ARHA office and membership is kept well informed of current issues and debates relevant to ARHA activities.

Rachel's employment history includes positions as a researcher for Wayne Berry (ACT MLA) and Steve Dargavel (Australian Federal MP). Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts (hons) degree with a major in Russian and is currently studying for a Masters in Social Science (International Development). She is an active member of the Russia co-group of Amnesty International.
