Tamara Mazzei is a web designer and technical writer who writes for major corporations in the United States. In the past ten years, she has completed over 20 in-house instructional manuals, and since 1997, she has been the author of six commercially available software books for ARGUS in the Realm, makers of a popular real estate valuation software. She has also written and developed the online help that accompanies the software and is the webmaster of one of the company's websites: http://www.argussoftware.com. Currently, she is engaged in writing a new edition of the ARGUS Reference Guide (used as a graduate-level supplementary text at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and the Texas A&M School of Business, among others).

In addition to her business writing, Tamara writes historical fiction and is currently working on a nonfiction survey of medieval history and doing ongoing research into female officials in Anglo-Norman England.
