Jennifer Power has a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Gender Studies and Sociology and a Diploma in Youth Work. She has previously worked in sexual health education and promotion with young people.

Her position at ARHA involves development of training materials and programs on reproductive health, women's rights, population and development issues. Jennifer has previously been involved in organising collectives for International Women's Day.
