Lulu Respall-Turner is an immigrant originally from the Philippines, now an Australian citizen living in Canberra. She is the current Vice Chairperson of the Association of Non-English Speaking Background Women of Australia, has been president of the ACT immigrant women's lobby group, the Multicultural Women's Advocacy Inc. She has also sat as member in the ACT Women's Consultative Council, the ACT Multicultural Consultative Council and the Management Committee of the Migrant Resource Centre of ACT. She is a freelance editor, but devotes most of her time on volunteer community activities.
